location, close to termini
Very unpleasant surprise at our arrival: our reservation had not come through, even though we reserved 1,5 months in advance and we confirmed arrival time two days before. It took more than one hour before the owner arrived (in the mean time we had dinner) and fortunately there was a spare room (marked as private), that we could use. Otherwise we could have searched for a new room at 22.30.... There is only one room at the back of the building, and the others are at the street side, the street is very noisy and there is no airco (only a noisy fan), so you won't get a good night sleep there in the summer.

It was really clean and comfortable. Really handy to have kitchen facilities to use aswell.
Getting up and down the spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge with a rucksack on your back! Not a place to meet people but a nice place to crash after a long day of sightseeing!

The location was good, but the room was warm. I would like to inform you that when I came back to my room I realize the window was open when I actually lock it. The blanket in the room was missing. We felt unsecure. We hope there will be wireless Internet services that would be convenient for us.

Well-located. Only a short walk from the termini. Rooms were adequate as well given the rate was cheap compared to most places in Rome. Owner was kind enough to let us use his wifi even though it wasn't included and the B&B didn't provide it.
Buzzer broken so we had a moment of panic on how to get in touh with reception bu fortunately owner saw us out the window! Also, would have been nice to have a few tips on the place for example the change to summertime on the last Sunday in March - we missed a train because of that. The biggest gripe we have hough is with breakfast. This should be a guest house, not B&B, because the standard of the breakfast was just terrible despite he kitchen facilities being good. Stale bread the first few days and when that was gone, it was not replaces and all we had was pre-packaged sugared rolls and packaged hard toast. Not impressed. Wod have been kinder if the kitchen was available for guests to use (which is wasn't) so we could buy and prepare our own breakfast.

Location is very good, 3 blocks from Termini. Room was clean, good bed and pillows.
Room didn't have a sink and not much furniture, many other rooms with shared bathroom have sink. But for the price it doesn't really count as a problem.

The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, near Termini station, you can go anywhere by foot or by transport ( metro, bus, tramway..). The room was nice, there was kitchen and you could eat everything in the fridge.

Claudia was friendly and allowed me the privacy I desired. Internet worked well after I got thru the unbelievable password. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to other travelers.
There was nothing I could complain about. Breakfast wasn't great, but I don't eat breakfast and the coffee was good and plentiful .

What me and my friend liked about the b&b was the excellent location, the intimacy of the place (only three rooms, no disturbing noises from the neighbours). The bathroom and the kitchen were kept tidy, there was a housekeeping person coming everyday. The kitchen was nicely equipped with a refrigerator for our use and breakfast was ok, but it was tipically italian (juice + jam + croissants + toasts + cereals with milk) Owners were cultural and helpful people.
Some of the appliances were a bit worn out. We've found a cockroach in the kitchen on our last day, but I am not sure if it's owner's fault. Rather just bad luck.
